Prickly Ash Bark has a long history of use in healing rituals both as an incense and as an ingredient in mojo and medicine bags. It has a longer and more interesting history as an herb of initiation where it used to light the inner fires of wisdom and intuition. Due to its long use in lighting inner fires it is also often used to ignite emotions that burn - Love, Lust, Desire and even Hate.
